We are an innovative FMCG company expanding into exciting new product categories. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dynamic Brand Marketing Specialist to drive brand growth, online presence, and new product launches.
Job Summary:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing product launches, and driving online sales growth for a new category. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands digital marketing, e-commerce trends, and consumer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute brand strategies to build awareness, preference, and loyalty for the new category.
– Plan and manage new product development (NPD) from concept to launch.
– Drive e-commerce growth across key online platforms, including marketplace and direct-to-consumer channels.
– Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure successful execution of brand plans.
– Manage brand budgets and track ROI for marketing campaigns and online activations.
– Develop creative marketing campaigns for social media, digital, and other online channels to maximize engagement and sales.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
– 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, or F&B sectors.
– Proven track record in online sales and new product launches.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
– Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
– Passion for innovation, creativity, and digital marketing.
