Digital Marketing Executive

Brief:

Our #MKAJoycare Team is expanding! We are looking for Digital Marketing Executive to develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote our health and beauty brands. This role includes managing social media accounts, creating content and optimize online advertising efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard and manage relationships with affiliates, influencers and partners, including sending samples to KOLs, managing KOLs’ video and LIVE content publication and tracking sales data.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop content ideas for content creators.
• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Coordinate with internal and affiliate hosts to prepare live stream content, including script preparation and product knowledge.
• Manage the scheduling and execution of live streams, ensuring all technical and operational aspects are handled smoothly.
• Stay updated on the latest video trends and digital media innovations to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Analyze campaign performance data and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
• Coordinate and manage affiliate campaigns from start to finish.
• Analyse and report audience information, demographics and the success of affiliate campaigns.

Requirements:

• A social media lover.
• Passionate in all things socmed and online marketing.
• Open to Diploma / Degree holder in Digital Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms such as Tik Tok and Instagram.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent persuasive and communication skills and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to think out-of-the-box, proactive and a self-initiator.
• Tech-savvy with good knowledge of online marketing tools and video editing tools.

• Our office is located at 40, Jln TPP 5, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor.
• Working hours 9.00am to 6.00pm, Mon to Fri.
