From 13โ19 June 2026, MKA Group, led by Group CEO Bruce Lee, successfully completed its third intensive 7-day learning journey to Pang Dong Lai, one of China’s most admired retailers. The initiative brought together more than 170 team members from Malaysia and our regional business units, reflecting our continued investment in leadership development and organizational learning.
The learning journey was carried out in three strategic phases, allowing leaders and key talents from across the group to participate and learn together.
The final phase marked our largest delegation yet, bringing together 83 team leaders from Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, China, Taiwan, and India.

A key highlight of the programme was our daily reflection and sharing sessions, where participants discussed observations, exchanged ideas, and developed practical action plans to bring these learnings back to their respective companies and departments.
