In 1995, Racing Boy was first established in Penang, Malaysia. Initially, the brand was registered under a company named Asian Alloy Enterprise. It was founded by Mr. Lee Meng Tek, a Malaysian mechanic by profession, and a passionate motorcycle enthusiast.
Mr. Lee, along with his brothers, set up a new private limited company, Meng Kah Auto Parts Trading Sdn Bhd (MKA) and re-brand Racing Boy. This effort was the turning point for Racing Boy.
UMA Racing was established in 2002. It’s Founder, Mr. Jason Yong, partnered with Meng Kah Auto Parts Trading Sdn Bhd (MKA) and registered the company in Malaysia as UMA Racing Sdn Bhd.
In 2003, another innovation from Racing Boy was introduced to the market. A special design sport rims model SP811 was introduce to the market. SP811 wheels was designed and developed with extreme consideration of special characteristics, material, etc, which resulted in overwhelming responses from consumers.
Racing boy begins venturing into technical sponsorship for Malaysian CubPrix.
With great success and trust that Racing Boy gained in Malaysia, more product range was added and the company (MKA) expands its business through appointing Exclusive Distributor in neighboring Southeast Asian countries. By end of 2009, Racing Boy products are distributed through Distributors in Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia and Greece.
Becomes the sole authorised distributor for Taiwan’s well knows skincare and cosmetics brand in Malaysia.
In 2010, founder Mr. Lee Meng Tek, gradually introduces his eldest son, Mr. Bruce Lee to the inner workings of the company.
Racing boy wins its first recognition award in the ‘2nd Asia Success Awards’ as the “SUPER GOLDEN PRODUCT” within the Motorcycle rim category.
Racing Boy was awarded as the “11th Asia Pacific Top Excellence Brand” by the Asia Pacific Entrepreneur Alliance supported by Global Business Magazine.
Based in Singapore, a joint venture with Malaysian SuperSports 600 Champion, Mr. Doc Dol, explores the idea of importing European Branded products and distributing in South East Asian market.
Mr. Bruce Lee runs MKA Group of Companies as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) while his father Mr. Lee Meng Teck as Chairman of MKA Group.
The numerous victories and championship won by Racing Boy Sponsored Teams in Southeast Asian countries over the years has resulted with Yamaha Japan coming forward and invited Racing Boy to expand its presence and join Yamaha Factory MotoGP as an Official Sponsor in 2013.

UMA Racing explore its presence in MotoGP World Championship being the Official Sponsor of Team Federal Oil Gresini Moto2.
In 2018, RCB started to develop exclusive technical parts for use in MotoGP World Championship. RCB engineers work closely with Team Gresini Moto3 and Team Petronas Moto3 and Team Petronas Moto2 and develop special parts exclusively for Racing use.
The restructure was needed to streamline the operation of all company under MKA Group work seamlessly.
